HI Everyone!

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas!

As you can see, we had a turkey for Christmas dinner.LOL
The top was a little crispy since my mom basted the turkey with some honey.

We let the kids open their presents on Christmas Eve, as we spent the whole day at my parents house on Christmas. Look how happy they were..haha

Heres a card i made for my husband cousin. She was the one who had twin girls. They were supposed to be born on Christmas Eve, but came 4 weeks early.

Another Birthday!

On Saturday was my daughter's 4th Birthday! Wow, i can't believe how fast time flies.
I made a name banner for her with my BG papers.

Since my kids birthdays are 4 days apart, we just had one big party for both of them. Here is my son and a picture of his name banner. I also used BG papers!

Here they are blowing out their birthday candles! Another year gone by. Its almost time for the Christmas festivities to begin. Have you finished all your Christmas shopping yet? Me? i haven't started.... yet... =P

On another note, this is my 100th post. So you know what that means.....another giveaway!!!

Happy Birthday!

Today is my son's 3rd birthday! I can't believe how fast time has flown by. So many memories and milestones already. I remembered we moved out of our condo when he was just 3months, and then we lived with my parents for about 6 months while we looked for a place of our own.

~ He started walking a week before his 1st birthday.

~ Started talking not too long after..haha.

~ Finally we got him off the bottle 2 months ago ( he used it to drink his milk from the bottles but now hes on to sippy cups) and he's also potty trained too! yay.

My baby boy is not so baby anymore, but getting to be a big boy.

Heres a picture of him on his 2nd birthday. We're planning a party for Saturday, so no pics of this years birthday yet.

I finally get 2 days off starting tomorrow! We're are planning to take the kids to see Santa at the mall tomorrow. So hopefully i can get some pictures to show you.

Its also 11 days till the kids joint birthday party ! I made a banner for their names, i will post as soon as i find my camera =P

Does anyone else have their Christmas tree up yet? Do you have a theme for your tree this year? A favorite ornament? We're just getting started on decorating ours so its pretty bare right now.

Halloween Pic

Sorry i forgot all about posting a picture of my kids on Halloween.

I only have 2 kids... LOL... the Ariel and the Ninja are mines. We ran into a friend with her 2 kids at the mall.

Can you believe its November already? Christmas decorations are already up at work!!!

Our Christmas tree will probably come up in Dec. When you do start decorating for the holidays? Early or last minute? hehe

Updates!

Hello blogging friends =)
I know i have been seriously neglecting my blog and for that I am sorry!

They have me working all kinds of shifts at work, so when i get home its usually pretty busy and i'm too tired for crafting! hahaa..... sorry about the excuse =)

I just wanted to say thank you to the 3 ladies for their opinion and experiences with the Cricut.I did end up buying a Cricut machine, and i know i should hold out and save up to buy the "BIG" one. But after a week of staring at it, i finally opened it and realize its perfect for what i need to make cards and layouts! So thanks again, maybe one day i will "upgrade" to something bigger and better!

On another note: I'm still adding stuff to the blog candy and i will post it Friday!!!

To Cricut or Not to Cricut ?

My Michaels has the Cricut personal electronic cutter on sale for $129.99CAD + taxes. ( regular price is approx $269.99)

Should i get one? Do you have one? How do you like it? This seems like such a great deal and i've seen it fly off the shelves!! I've always wanted a Cricut so maybe this is the time to get one?

Hello my followers =)
I know i've been MIA from my blog for a week now. I've been working on some scrapbook pages and a few cards. I finished the first page of my son Tyson's baby scrapbook. I will add a pic tonight. It was pretty easy because i used the scrapbook kit! =)

What have you been working on that you can't seem to get done?
For me, its both of the kids baby scrapbooks, i have so many pics, its hard to choose which ones to scrap! eeekkk!

Layout #1 Halloween

This is my first layout for my son. These pictures were taken last Halloween. Yes, i know i'm so behind... =P

We took the kids on a mini-road trip to Bellevue,Washington to visit my sister. And as it turned out to be Halloween that weekend, we took them trick or treating at Bellevue Square. Wow, was it ever crowded. I think we got down one side of the mall and called it quits.. haha

Plus the little one had runny noses and weren't feeling that well. So we went out to dinner at the Cheescake factory.. Yummmmm

Hopefully this year it will go better, and no sickies. Oh this also reminds me that its time to get a start on deciding their costumes this year! My daughter wants to go as Cinderella....again! Have you or would you let your kids wear the same costumes again? Does it make it harder to scrap?? haha.. or easier just to use last years pics? =)

Cheating?

Is it cheating if you buy ready to make scrapbook pages? Or is it the same as those monthly scrapbook kits?
I received a scrapbook kit that came with a 12 x 12 album, 16 pages, embellishments, ribbons, brads and stickers. Plus the pages were numbered in the back!!! So all i had to do was apply glue and my own pictures!

It was pretty simple to do actually, now i'm inspired to continue with more scrapbooking!
What are your thoughts on ready-to-make scrapbooks? Do you order them? Or do you prefer to create whatever comes to mind?

Flashback!

Just wanted to flashback to my first card that i posted on my blog....
Eeeekkkkk! i tried to make a straight glitter circle, but the glue was drippy, so some parts had more glitter than the rest. Oh and i was totally into straight lines, therefore no distressing or anything.. hahaa ..

Anyways, if you look through my cards onwards, they have somewhat evolved, hehe....

I've been in San Francisco for the past few days visiting my hubby's cousin.

An Engagement!

I found out last night my younger sister just engaged! I heard there were rose petals and a sunset, will get more details later =)

So that means another wedding in the works! Probably it will be planned for next year as our older sister is getting married this year. =) Looks like everyone is settling down one by one.

Work out music?

So on Monday, i'm going to take advantage of my gym. The gym that is free to Strata paying tenants. I guess if i'm paying for it, might as well use it! I have about 6 weeks till my sisters wedding so i gotta get in to shape =)

Anybody have any favorite workout music to share? Would love to hear whats on your iPod.
